Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of case FIR No. 228/2019 dated 17.12.2019 at PS Special Cell (SB), New Delhi, u/s 10, 13, 17, 18, 20 & 21 of UA(P) Act, 1967 relating to information received by Special Cell/SWR, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 17.12.2019 that one Smt. Alemla Jamir D/o Shri Chubainba Jamir r/o 35, Mohammadpur village, R.K. Puram, New Delhi permanent address H.No. 89, Dipupahar, Dimapur, Nagaland, who claimed to be working on behalf of a terrorist gang NSCN(IM), had been detained at Domestic Airport T-1, Delhi with cash of Rs. 72 lakhs, by the Income Tax officials.

Present Status of Investigation

The case is under investigation.
