Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information from the Government of Punjab regarding registration of FIR No. 152 dated 19.10.2018 at PS Sultanwind, Amritsar (City) under sections 124A, 153A, 153B and 120B of the IPC and sections 17, 18 & 19 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 against a member of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) namely Sukhraj Singh @ Raju, s/o Balwant Singh, r/o Patti Behniwal, Sultanwind, district Amritsar;

This module had been motivated by one Javed Khan, an ISI handler based in Pakistan for conducting subversive activities and pasting of Khalistan/ Referendum-2020 posters/banners at different locations in Punjab & New Delhi;

During further investigations, eleven(11) accused persons including Sukhraj Singh @ Raju were arrested and during interrogation of the accused, it came to light that the accused persons Sukhraj Singh, Harmeet Singh, and Kuldeep Singh had received Rs. 7,52,078/- through hawala/MTSS channels from UAE & South Africa-based handlers to propagate their secessionist agenda.

Present Status of Investigation

The case is under investigation.
