Summary of Allegations

Credible information has been received that some youths of Southern Indian states including Tamil Nadu and Kerela and their accomplices have entered into a criminal conspiracy to wage war against the Government of India by collecting explosives and other offensive material to target important persons and places of public importance etc. invrious parts of southern India.
