An FIR No. 661/2007 dated 29/12/2007 of PS Industrial Area, Dewas was registered in Madhya Pradesh. Later, Govt. of India transferred the case to NIA for further investigation.
Accordingly, the instant case was re-registered at PS NIA as Case No.RC-08/2011/NIA-DLI dated 25/06/2011 u/s 302, 120(B), 34, 201 of IPC, section 25 & 27 of Indian Arms Act and section 16 and 18 of UA(P)
Act 1967.
Summary of Allegations:
Causing disappearance of the evidence of terrorist acts by killing Sunil Joshi, the prime mover/conspirator in a number of terror blasts cases in pursuance of a criminal conspiracy.
Present Status:
MP police was filed charge sheet before the Hon’ble JMFC, Dewas against 05 accused persons Sec.302, 120(B), 34, 201 of IPC and Sce. 25 & 27 of Arms Act. Subsequently the cases were transferred to NIA and case is under investigation.
