Summary of Allegations

The case relates to the indoctrination of Ashfak Majid son of the complainant and his associates into extreme Jihadi ideology by a group of likeminded youths from Kasargod district of Kerela and some members of the Islamic Research Foundation , Mumbai who motivated and radicalized Ashfak and his associates to join ISIS , a proscribed terrorist organisation.
