Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information that a case was registered as FIR no. 11/19, dated 10.04.2019, at PS Kuakonda, District Dantewada, Chhatisgarh, Under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 396, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act, sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Sub Act and sections 13(1)(a), 38 (2) & 39 (2) of the UA (P) Act, 1967, regarding the death of Mr. Bheema Mandavi along with 04 Police Personnel in an IED blast by CPI (Maoist), Dantewara, Chhattisgarh.
