Summary of Allegations

Ikagar Singh son of Pritam Singh resident of Bhagwal who had gone out in the night at about 10 PM on 31-12-2015 was murdered by sharp weapons by unknown group of persons in the intervening night of 31-12-2015 and 01-01-2016. The Central Government has reliable information that the crime was a result of a terrorist conspiracy by a group of terrorists.
