Summary of Allegations

The Central Government has received information regarding registration of FIR No. 1072 dated 29.06.2019 registered at Police Station Dibrugarh, Assam. Under Sections 120B, 121, 121A, 124 of Indian Penal Code and sections 11, 13, 16, 17, 18 & 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, relating to interception of a vehicle bearing No. AR-13/3896 at Amolapatty on 28.06.2019 by police party of Dibrugarh in association with 171 CRPF, which was carrying four persons and cash amounting to Rs. 15 lakhs for further handing over to NSCN (IM).
