As per GOI, MHA order No. 11011/21/2013/IS-IV dated 01/05/2013 and 07/05/2013 and 03/06/2013 NIA has taken over the investigation of the FIR No.08/2013 of Sairang PS, Aizawal, Mizoram and re- registered the case on 05/06/2013 at PS NIA, Guwahati as Case No. RC-02/2013/NIA/GUW u/s 34 of IPC, Section 25((1AA) of Arms Act, Section 16, 18,19 of UA (P) Act and Section 14 of Foreigners Act.
